It may take a new person 6 months to get comfortable enough with online marketing to begin sponsoring reps. Now if your new team member is completely sold on learning the internet to build his or her business do not push them too much in the other direction. However, if they are open to it and want to build momentum quickly it may be prudent to start their while they learn how to drive traffic and generate MLM leads online.

MLM recruiting online is all about building relationships and promoting yourself as the leader others are looking for. Positioning yourself in this light is not an overnight process. There is power in the warm market because the relationship already exists and does not need to be engineered. MLM success online is a process that requires commitment and dedication just like the more traditional forms of recruiting.

I’ve recently learned of a successful multi level marketer that lives a few towns over from me who has set up a weekly mlm training game. It is completely generic and there is no pitching going on during the game. This person has found a fun way to bring free mlm training to his local community in the form of this mlm training game. What a brilliant idea! He can invite his team to participate so they can network while simultaneously attaining free mlm training.
